Private, Duet and Pre-arranged Group Training - Contact LeeAnn with Requests at (434) 825-1514
- Private Session with with LeeAnn (call for appointment)
- Set up a private session at $90. pay as you go, $425. for a 5-pack, or $800 for a 10-pack. This session will be catered to personal goals to include, Pilates, free weight strength training, sports-specific enhancement, Rehab integration from Physical Therapy back into Fitness and more!
- Group Sessions with LeeAnn - 3 or more people (call for appointment)
- $45. per person pay as you go, $380 for a 10 Class Pack. The group sessions can be customized for Pilates, strength training or whatever the group wants to request! No shows carry a $25. cancelation fee.
- Duet Sessions (call for appointment)
- $48. per person pay as you go, $420. per person for 10-packs. A customized session for 2 people. Exercise can entail Pilates, strength training, stretch, conditioning for sports-specific activity and more! No shows once appointments are made carry a $25. cancellation fee.

- Gift certificates can be purchased for any increment desired, for private sessions or regularly scheduled classes. Private Sessions are $90., Class Packs are $380. (10 sessions at $38. each), or $45. per single class. These can be purchased in studio, or by phone at (434) 825-1514. Sorry, no online purchase option for certificates at this time.
Mondays
- Reformer Cardio Trampoline Intervals - 12 pm
- Beginning March 3rd! $45. pay as you go, or $380. Pilates 10 class pack. The Cardio Trampoline fits into the end of the Reformer to allow for jumping while lying on the sliding carriage. Intervals will be non-stop and last between 2 to 4 minutes. Core and upper body exercise will performed between jumping. This class is a high powered workout. Caution to those with knee and back issues.
- Intro to the Pilates Equipment - 1:15 pm
- $35. If you always wanted to try Pilates, this is the class for you! Learn how the postural principles and the apparatus can give new meaning to moving your body well! Pilates is core and joint based strength training for the entire body. The equipment is used to both challenge and support the body for a well-rounded workout!
Tuesdays
- Pilates Multi Equipment - 10:15 am
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. This is a multi-level class that includes the use of all of the Pilates to include the Reformer and Spring Tower, as well as the Stability Chair and Barrels. Previous experience on the Pilates equipment, or an Intro class is required for entry.
- Reformer Stretch & Flow - 11:30 am

$45. pay per session, or $380. 10 Class Pack. Moving well for exercise and daily function starts with mobilizing joints and getting muscles to glide. The Pilates Reformer is a great apparatus to assist and support the body through fluid movement.
This class offers a full body stretch appropriate for all ages and fitness levels; no Pilates experience needed! - Movement on a Roll (Foam Roller) - 3 pm
- $45. Single Session, $380. 10 Class Pass. This workout will help you restore postural alignment, stretch and lengthen your muscles, and challenge your neuromuscular control with a variety of exercises in different positions on the Foam Roller. The session takes place on the floor, however modified, elevated positions are available for those that prefer to avoid getting up and down. Full and half rollers are also offered for varied stabilization effort.
- Pilates Reformer - 5:45 pm
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion. For safe and effective exercise, the Intro to the Pilates Equipment class, or a private session is required pre-entry.
Wednesdays

- Spring Tower & Cardio Tramp - 12 pm
- $45. Single session, $380. Class 10 pack. This high intensity workout gets the heart rate up, while strengthening the entire body! Intervals of jumping on the Reformer Trampoline is combined with standing exercise with the Spring Tower. Resistance is attached to varied spring hook positions to add variety of movement, while targeting individual muscle groups. Each round of exercise is set to time, as opposed to repetitions. Caution to those dealing with ankle, knee or back issues.
Thursdays

- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. This is a multi-level class that includes the use of all of the Pilates to include the Reformer and Spring Tower, as well as the Stability Chair and Barrels. Previous experience on the Pilates equipment, or an Intro class is required for entry.
- Reformer & Weight Training - 3 pm
- $45. Single session. $380. The Pilates Reformer and free weights; the perfect combination for all around strength and function! This class offers the majority of the multi-level Reformer exercise that you're used to, blended with free weight strength training. Dumbbells ranging from 1 to 10 pounds are available.

- Exercise on the Green - July 2, 9, Aug 6, 13 - 7:30 am

Free! No registration needed. Select Wednesday mornings this Summer at the Duck Town Park. This takes place in-person at 7:30 am and is also live-streamed on the Duck Town Facebook page. The full-body workout will target balance, control, muscle strength and endurance. Included is standing movement designed to strengthen and tone from the ground up, as well as exercise down on the mat to isolate the core, shoulders and hips. Exercise variations are included to increase or decrease challenge and intensity.
