- Set up a private session at $90. pay as you go, or $340 for a 4-pack ($85. each). This session will be catered to personal goals to include, Pilates, free weight strength training, sports-specific enhancement, Rehab integration from Physical Therapy back into Fitness and more!
- Group Sessions with LeeAnn - 3 or more people (call for appointment)
- $45. per person pay as you go, $380 for a 10 Class Pack. The group sessions can be customized for Pilates, strength training or whatever the group wants to request! No shows carry a $25. cancelation fee.
- Duet Sessions (call for appointment)
- $45. per person pay as you go, $42 per person for 4-packs. A customized session for 2 people. Exercise can entail Pilates, strength training, stretch, conditioning for sports-specific activity and more! No shows once appointments are made carry a $25. cancellation fee.

$60. Introductory sessions are offered at a discounted price. Personal sessions from there are $90. pay as you go, or $340. ($85 per session) for a package of four. The session is set to the individual's goals, be it Pilates, general strength training, rehab to fitness integration or sports specific enhancement. Sessions are scheduled directly with LeeAnn at (434) 825-1514, or mindspringfitnessobx@gmail.com.

- $45. A Pilates Single Class Pass can be used for any Pilates class to include Intro classes, Pilates Reformer, Reformer and Trampoline Intervals or Pilates Multi Equipment. Classes are scheduled weekly throughout the year. Individuals can view and register for classes online. Upon registration they will be required to enter credit card details to ensure attendance but will NOT be charged. - Pilates Reformer - 12 pm
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion. For safe and effective exercise, the Intro to the Pilates Equipment class, or a private session is required pre-entry.
- Intro to the Pilates Equipment - 1:15 pm
- $35. If you always wanted to try Pilates, this is the class for you! Learn how the postural principles and the apparatus can give new meaning to moving your body well! Pilates is core and joint based strength training for the entire body. The equipment is used to both challenge and support the body for a well-rounded workout!
Tuesdays
- Pilates Multi Equipment - 10:15 am
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. This is a multi-level class that includes the use of the Pilates Reformer with the Vertical Frame, as well as the Stability Chair. Previous experience on the Pilates equipment, or an Intro class is required for entry,
- Pilates Reformer - 5:45 pm
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion. For safe and effective exercise, the Intro to the Pilates Equipment class, or a private session is required pre-entry.
Wednesdays
- Pilates Reformer 9:15 am
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion. For safe and effective exercise, the Intro to the Pilates Equipment class, or a private session is required pre-entry.
Thursdays
- Pilates Multi Equipment - 11:30 am
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. This is a multi-level class that includes the use of the Pilates Reformer with the Vertical Frame, as well as the Stability Chair. Previous experience on the equipment, or an Intro class is required for entry,
Sundays
- Pilates Reformer - 11:15 am
- $45. Single Class, or $380. 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion. For safe and effective exercise, those with no experience using the Pilates equipment must take an Intro to Pilates class, or a private session prior to entry.
Other Formats Rotating on the Schedule
- Pilates Foam Roller
- $45. Single Session, $380. Pilates 10 Class Pass. Mat Pilates, Core strength and stretch exercise all "rolled" into a full body workout! The foam roller is utilized for stability challenge and supported mobilization. The session takes place on the floor, however modified, elevated positions are available for those that prefer to avoid getting up and down. Full and half rollers are also offered.
- Pilates with the Mini Stability Ball
- $45. Single Session, or $380 Pilates 10 Class Pack. This Mat and standing-based class uses the air-filled Mini Stability Ball to ensure thorough exercise of the deep muscle systems of the body! Modifications are provided for those that wish to avoid getting down and up from the floor. All levels of fitness are welcome!
- BodyWeight Training
- $38. Single Session. Just like it sounds, your Body and Weights! Standing and floor-based exercise utilizing gravity, free weights, toning balls as well as the occasional surprise prop for a full-body workout. This is a multi-level opportunity, but definitely a body burn with some dynamic stretch reward at the end! Modifications are provided for those that wish to avoid getting down and up from the floor.
- Stretch Lab
- $35. Moving well for exercise and daily function starts with mobilizing joints and getting muscles to glide. Stretch Lab utilizes small props such as mini-inflated balls, foam rollers and flex bands to assist and support the body through fluid movement. Exercises take place on the floor, or an elevated mat for those that prefer to avoid getting down and up.
- Pilates Stability Chair
- $38. Single Sessions. An Express class (45 minutes) on the Split Pedal Stability Chair. Experience a blend of standing, balance and core exercise on this unique apparatus. This is a multi-level opportunity with a limit of 3 participants, so newcomers are welcome.
