Monday Classes

Pilates Reformer Class - 8 am
$45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion.
Intro to Pilates - 12 pm
$35. If you've ever wanted to try Pilates, this is the class for you! Learn about the postural principles that are the foundation of this core and joint stabilizing-based form of strength straining. This will be a beginner workout across the various Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Spring Tower and Stability Chair.

Tuesday Classes

Pilates Multi Equipment Circuit Class - 10:15 am
REQUIRED: Experience on ALL Pilates apparatus (at MindSpring or elsewhere). $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380 for a 10-pack. Participants will move through up to 5 stations of the Pilates apparatus, to include the Reformer and Spring Tower, as well as the Stability Chair and Barrels. While the class is multi-level, it is not set up for those new to the equipment.
Pilates Reformer Class - 5:45 pm
$45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. Wednesday Classes

Pilates Reformer “Plus Props” Class - 9:15 am
REQUIRED: Experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere). $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer, plus added props such as free weights, stability cushions, rotational disks and more to promote well-rounded strength and functional movement.

Thursday Classes

Reformer Flow Plus Props - 7:45 am
REQUIRED: Experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere). $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. The Pilates Reformer, plus added props such as free weights, and more to promote well-rounded strength, stretch and balance.
Pilates Reformer Plus... - 10:15 am
$45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. The Pilates Reformer as the main apparatus utilized, along with the Spring Tower and/or the Stability Chair.

Fitness on the (Duck Town Hall) Green! - FREE Outdoor Classes - 7:30 am, June 10th, July 8th, 22nd and August 12th.

Multi-Level Strength Workout
No registration needed! Arrive at the Duck Town Hall lawn and stage area at 7:30am.
Join LeeAnn Silvey from MindSpring Fitness for a 45-minute Core-based strength workout. Exercise will begin standing, working down to the ground, so bring a beach towel! Ground exercises will include kneeling and plank-style poses, but several modifications are offered for all ages and capabilities.

Private Session with LeeAnn - 1st Session $65.! (call for appointment)
Set up a private session at $65. for introductory session, then $90. pay as you go, $425. for a 5-pack, or $800 for a 10-pack. This session will be catered to personal goals to include, Pilates, free weight strength training, sports-specific enhancement, Rehab integration from Physical Therapy back into Fitness and more! Duet Sessions (call for appointment)
$48. per person pay as you go, 5-pack at $220. and 10-pack at $400. A customized session for 2 people. Exercise can entail Pilates, strength training, stretch, conditioning for sports-specific activity and more! Call (434) 825-1514, or email mindspringfitnessobx@gmail.com to reserve. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation. No shows once appointments are made carry the full session fee.
Pre-arranged Group Sessions with LeeAnn - 3 or more people (call for appointment)
$45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10-class pack. The group sessions can be customized for Pilates, strength training or whatever the group wants to request! No shows carry a $25. cancelation fee.
